Delete my data
Kalo.Quest is local-first. Everything you log lives on your own device. There's no account, no sign-in, and no server database. That means there is nothing on our servers to delete: to remove your data, you erase it on your phone.
In the app
This is the complete, permanent way to remove everything, and it's immediate.
- Open Settings (the gear at the top of the home screen).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Erase everything.
- Confirm. Every piece of data below is wiped from your device on the spot.
By uninstalling
Deleting Kalo.Quest from your phone also removes all of its data. On both iOS and Android, uninstalling an app deletes the storage that belongs to it. If you've already uninstalled Kalo.Quest, its data is already gone. There's nothing left to do.
What gets erased
- Your food journal: meals, portions, calories, macros;
- Your weigh-ins and workouts;
- Your achievements, streak, and progress;
- Your progress photos, which never left your device to begin with;
- Your settings and preferences.
Erasing is immediate and has no trash: the data is deleted, not flagged for later. It can't be recovered, so make sure you mean it.
What's on our servers
Nothing about you. Kalo.Quest keeps no account, no profile, and no copy of your journal. When you snap a meal, the photo is forwarded to the AI through a stateless proxy that stores nothing, and the result comes straight back to your phone. The photo isn't kept either. Because there's no server-side record, there is nothing for us to delete on our end and nothing to request.
The one technical exception: our host keeps short-lived access logs, which contain no health data and are purged automatically after a few days.
