Snap it. Know it.
Snap a photo of your meal and know your calories in seconds. The AI names the foods, estimates each portion's weight, then logs the calories and macros. No barcodes, no database, no typing.
On iPhone & Android. No account, no sign-up, just snap.
Three seconds, not three screens.
Snap your meal
One photo, that's it. No barcode to scan, no database to search, no weighing, no typing.
The AI reads your plate
It names each food, estimates its weight in grams first, then the calories, protein, carbs, and fat, all in seconds.
Your day fills up
See where you stand on calories and macros. Tap to adjust a portion if it's off, and it's logged.
What keeps you going.
Stays on your device
Kalo.Quest is local-first. Your journal never leaves your phone, and nothing about you is stored on our servers.
Burn it back
Add a workout from the built-in, no-equipment sport screen. The calories you burn go back into your day.
Achievements & streaks
Keep a daily streak, unlock achievements, and share a meal or achievement card when you hit a milestone.
Weight-first accuracy
The AI estimates each food's weight before its calories, so the numbers track your actual portion, not a generic average.

The questions we get asked.
Is it really free?
Yes, completely free. You get up to 30 photo analyses a day, supported by an ad shown after each analysis. No subscription, no paywall, no credit card.
How accurate is it?
The numbers are AI estimates from a photo, not lab measurements. On whole foods and simple plates it gets close; mixed dishes and hidden oils are harder to judge. You can adjust any portion or add a food before saving, and for tracking, consistency matters more than perfection: logging the same way every day is what makes the trend reliable.
Where is my data stored?
On your device. Kalo.Quest is local-first: your journal, weigh-ins, and progress photos never leave your phone. When you snap a meal, the photo is forwarded to the AI through a stateless proxy that keeps nothing, and the result comes straight back to your phone.
Do I need an account?
No. There's no sign-in, no account, no sync, no cloud. Open the app and start snapping.
Does it work offline?
Analyzing a photo needs a connection, since the AI runs in the cloud. Everything else, like browsing your journal and your stats, works offline.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, it's native on both, and everything happens in the app. This site is just the storefront.
Ready to know in seconds?
No account, no credit card. Download the app and start snapping.
The apps are coming very soon.
